If September is a time for new beginnings, at TheWing.pk, it feels great to be met by another September! We’ve been working hard on evolving our offering and refreshing our vision. For me, it feels like the perfect time – I’m celebrating 3 years as CEO of this brilliant space, and I couldn’t be prouder of the resilience, ambition and desire for progress our global community embodies every day.
I’ve been thinking a lot about ambition and how women are redefining what it means for them. Although Women enter the workforce with the same levels of ambition as men, but while men tend to be praised for this, women will often shy away from expressing it. This sometimes leads to women dismissing ambition’s true meaning as a powerful and transformative force that helps us achieve our goals.
Despite the challenges women experience, we are breaking down the barriers by tackling ambition head-on.
For me, ambition is personal; it’s for me to define. I want women to feel confident to take that leap and redefine what ambition means for them. That’s why TheWing.pk is working to support every woman, regardless of her ambition.
At TheWing.pk, we don’t just want to change the economic lives of women; we want to change the entire narrative set in our society.
