A hot desk means any free seat each day. A dedicated desk is a fixed desk that stays yours, usually with a locker.
Hot desk: PKR 31,800/month. Dedicated desk: PKR 36,400/month, including a locker and a 30-minute tax consultation.
Pick a hot desk if you travel light. Pick a dedicated desk if you use a monitor, keep documents or want the same spot every day.
