Own entity: register a private limited subsidiary with SECP. Most control, best for teams of 5+ planning to stay long-term.

Employer of record (EOR): a third-party provider employs the staff on your behalf. Fastest start, higher per-head fee. We can introduce EOR partners.

Contractors: individuals invoice you directly. Simple but with less control and possible misclassification risk.

The setup process, step by step

1. Choose the structure: a wholly owned private limited subsidiary, a branch office or a liaison office. Most service companies choose a subsidiary; branch and liaison offices require Board of Investment (BOI) permission first (see invest.gov.pk).

2. Register with SECP: name reservation, incorporation or branch registration through the SECP eServices portal (secp.gov.pk).

3. FBR NTN and sales tax registration where required, plus PSEB registration for IT and IT-enabled exporters.

4. Open a corporate bank account and register foreign-currency inward remittance so the parent company can fund the entity.

5. Payroll, EOBI and social security, and monthly tax filings, handled by our Chartered Accountant-led team.

6. Move into a furnished team pod with security, IT, dual-fibre internet and power backup ready from day one.

Security, time zones and reporting

On-site security, lockable private pods and a staffed reception protect your people and equipment. Two fibre lines with automatic failover and UPS plus generator backup keep your team online through load-shedding.

Pakistan is 9 to 10 hours ahead of New York, 4 to 5 hours ahead of London and 1 hour ahead of Dubai. Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 22:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 18:00, which covers most of the UK working day. Extended hours for US shifts are available by arrangement to ask us for current availability.

You get one monthly invoice for workspace and services. Pricing can be quoted in USD, GBP or AED on request.
