Most startups register as a private limited company with SECP, then get an NTN from FBR and open a business bank account.
1. Reserve a name
Apply for name availability on SECP's eServices portal. Pick two or three options in case your first choice is taken.
2. File incorporation
Submit the memorandum and articles of association, director details and CNIC copies, and pay the fee online.
3. Get your NTN
Register the company on FBR's IRIS portal to receive its National Tax Number.
4. Open a bank account
Banks will ask for the incorporation certificate, NTN, board resolution and director documents.
