The Philippines is strongest in voice support. India has the largest engineering pool. Pakistan has a fast-growing software, freelance and finance talent base, with SBP reporting freelance and IT exports rising year on year.
Cost
Pakistan is typically among the most cost-competitive of the three for software, accounting and back-office roles, especially for smaller teams where a dedicated office is affordable.
